Domestic Rescue and Limb Entrapment Training

Tonight’s training was limb entrapment, and domestic rescue, utilising numerous tools to remove a patients limb from being stuck in the safest way possible.

We often fill surgical gloves with water and fit them into precarious situations and ask our volunteers to remove the glove from being stuck without making it burst.

We also had volunteers cut a steel pipe in half using a quick cut saw, and get them to remove and replace blades etc.

Great nights training, and great to see all members getting involved.
