Car vs Motorcycle on Jurd St Cessnock

At 1711 this afternoon our squad was activated to a persons trapped motor vehicle collision on Jurd Street in Cessnock.
A car and motorcycle has collided at an intersection, with the impact trapping the passenger of the car by confinement.
Our operators assisted with opening the car door, whilst paramedics spoke with the patient through the open window.
Other medical personnel were treating the pillion of the motorcycle a short distance away.
Both patients were transported via ambulance to hospital for further assessment and treatment.
