This week was MVA training.
Our operators split into 2 groups, working on two cars and then swapping after an hour to have a go at the other scenario.
It’s always a great opportunity at training to give operators a challenge to make them think outside of their normal parameters.
One of the scenarios , we gave the operators 3 tools to free a casualty from the vehicle.
A Halligan tool, a reciprocating saw and a hydraulic ram. No cutters, no spreaders.
This was a great experience for all operators to share their thoughts and ideas.
It was a very informative session for everyone involved.
