An execpected expected arrival.

At 0805 this morning our squad was activated to assist NSW Ambulance with the extrication of a pregnant woman from her bathroom as she was going into labour.
Whilst one team of our operators assisted the paramedics with the woman, a second crew went and established a landing zone for Westpac Rescue Helicopter.
Once the woman was ready to be transported, we had a third team of operators assisting with transporting blood and equipment that had to accompany her.
Once loaded into the ambulance  , the patients were taken to hospital for further assessment and treatment.
We have been notified that Mum, baby and Dad are all doing ok.
This yet another example of different emergency services working together to get the job done.
What a special day for all involved.
